Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them
  • To initiate a return, contact us at our Help & Questions page with your order number and reason for return

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Items without original packaging
